What to write to us about

• A correction. Tell us the page, the sentence and what you think is wrong. Include a link to the source if you have one. We check it against the original, fix the page and note the date of the change.
• A price that has changed. Tell us the product or treatment, the new price, where you saw it and when.
• A question about how a guide or tool works. We can explain where a number comes from.

What we cannot do

We cannot give dental or medical advice, comment on a treatment plan or diagnose a symptom by email. For those, you need a dentist.

• For urgent dental problems, call NHS 111. Our NHS access guide lists when to use 111 and when to go to A&E.
• To find a practice, use the NHS Find a dentist service or contact your local integrated care board.

We read every message, and replies can take a few days.
