Find a UK Lodge Park With a Hot Tub
The finder below lists 27 parks where an operator offers a lodge, cabin or treehouse with a hot tub: 20 in England, 2 in Scotland and 5 in Wales. Every card repeats what the operator says on its own page about the tub, about dogs and about how long you can stay, and links to that page so you can check it yourself.

How to read a card
The hot tub. Operators use the same word for different arrangements. Forest Holidays says its tubs are on your own private decking, for your use only. Center Parcs describes private outdoor tubs on its Exclusive Lodges, Treehouses and Waterside Lodges, and on selected Forest Lodges. Away Resorts offers tubs on selected units only, subject to availability. So “a hot tub” can mean every cabin on the park or a few lodges out of hundreds. Read the line, then check the lodge you want.
Dogs. Fees and limits differ a great deal. Forest Holidays charges £15 per pet per night for up to four pets, and only some cabins accept pets. Away Resorts allows up to two dogs and charges from £45 per dog for a break under 7 nights, or from £60 for 7 nights or more, and it does not allow dogs in the tub. Center Parcs adds a dog fee when you choose your location but does not print the amount on the page we read.
Stay lengths. Forest Holidays offers hot tub breaks of 3 nights from a Friday or 4 nights from a Monday. Center Parcs breaks start on a Friday or Monday and run for 3, 4 or 7 nights. A short weekend is often the only option at the busiest times, which matters when you compare prices per night.
What the finder does not show
Prices. An operator quotes a different figure for every date, party size and lodge, and a printed price would be out of date within days. Instead, take the quote you are offered and put it into the cost calculator. It adds the fees you must pay and shows the total, the cost per night and the cost per person.
The finder also leaves out booking platforms and private owners. Those listings can be good, but the tub arrangements, cleaning routine and fees vary by owner, and there is no single page to quote from. The checklist lists what to ask them.
Using the results
- Pick the nation, then tick the filters that matter to you. A dog policy and a private tub are the two most common.
- Open the operator page for two or three parks and look at the exact lodge you would book.
- Note the quote for your dates, including every fee, and compare quotes in the calculator.
- Before you pay, read the rights guide so you know what the total price should include.
Good to know: Scotland has only two parks on this list because those are the Scottish parks whose operators state on their own pages that the lodges have hot tubs. Independent lodge parks in the Highlands and islands exist, and the checklist shows how to question them directly.
