We read official sources first: the NHS website, the NHS Business Services Authority, the General Dental Council, the Oral Health Foundation and published research such as Cochrane reviews. For product specifications and prices we use published reviews and retailer listings, and we show the date we looked.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Every price carries a date. When you see &#8220;checked October 2026&#8221;, that is when we read it.<\/li><li>Every health or legal claim links to its source on the page.<\/li><li>When two sources disagree, we say so and show the range.<\/li><li>When a figure comes from a single listing, we call it an example and not an average.<\/li><\/ol>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-we-do-not-do\">What we do not do<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We do not give medical or dental advice.
